Cricket – Pakistan to focus on execution in knockout Asia Cup game against Bangladesh

STORY: A day before Pakistan and Bangladesh cricket teams lock horns in the super four match of Asia Cup in Dubai, Pakistan’s senior batsman, Shoaib Malik, on Tuesday (September 25) assured that there will be major changes in execution of plans in their next match.

Speaking on losing two games against India, Malik said that the team had done a couple of meetings and they are trying to focus on their next game so that they can give their best.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh cricket team’s head coach Steve Rhodes said that the Bangladeshi team is looking forward to the challenge and it will be a great contest to be in the semi-finals. He added that they wanted to be in this position to try and beat Pakistan and get through to the final against India.

Bangladesh will face Pakistan in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday (September 26) and the winner will face India in the final of the tournament.
