STORY: Indian cricketers including M S Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Yuzvendra Chahal among others, who were not a part of the Test series with Australia, held a practice session ahead of the beginning of One Day International (ODI) series in Sydney on Wednesday (January 09).
The members of the team, who arrived in Sydney on Tuesday (January 06), were seen practicing in nets with others.
India on Monday (January 07) created history by becoming the first Asian team to win a test series against Australia on their land.
Beginning on Saturday (January 12), India will play three one-dayers in Australia before moving to New Zealand to play five ODIs and three Twenty20 Internationals.
Apart from Dhoni, Sharma, and Chahal, the team now comprises—Virat Kohli (captain), Shikhar Dhawan, Ambati Rayudu, Dinesh Karthik, Kedar Jadhav, Hardik Pandya, Kuldeep Yadav, Ravindra Jadeja, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mohammed Siraj, Khaleel Ahmed, and Mohammed Shami.
